What you're buying

You can buy Smart, Offline, or Both. Smart uses NFC and a QR to open a live page. We keep its link for as long as the Smart card is active. You choose its card design and the contact details the link points to when you order. Offline uses a QR to save the contact details you choose when you order. Both includes two physical cards, one of each.

Price and payment

Smart is $29 for one side or $33 for two. Offline is $19 for two printed sides. Both is $39 or $43, based on the Smart side choice.

Both saves $9 with either Smart side choice versus buying each card.

A lanyard with holder is included. A badge reel with holder adds $3 for each physical card you select.

You see prices at Checkout before you pay. We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states for $7 per order. Tax is calculated at Checkout. Stripe collects payment right away. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe handles that directly.

Delivery

Public orders ship to the address you give Stripe at checkout. Pickup is available only by a private, pre-approved offer link; a pickup order is reviewed and approved or denied on our end, and a denied pickup gets a link to pay for shipping instead.

Production and the proof check

We review your order after payment, as a quality check, before we print. The previews you see while ordering are not press-ready files — if a necessary correction would materially change how your card looks, we'll ask you to approve it first.

Your responsibility for artwork and accuracy

You're responsible for making sure any image, name, or other content you upload or enter is accurate and something you have the right to use. We print what you approve.

The smart-link service

We keep each Smart link connected to the live page you control while its card is active. We may shut off a link used for abuse, fraud, or crime.

Acceptable use

Don't use a Tap Card to distribute content that's illegal, fraudulent, or infringes someone else's rights. We may retire a card's link for a violation of this policy.

Refunds

Full refund any time before printing. Once your card is printed, we reprint it free if it arrives wrong or damaged — report it within 14 days of delivery (a photo is enough). Accessories are refundable if unused within 14 days; you pay return shipping. Shipping charges are refunded only when the error is ours. To ask for a refund or reprint, reply to your order email, or email help@followdon.com with your order number. Refunds go to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except for claims arising from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the District of Columbia. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator, administered by the American Arbitration Association, in the District of Columbia or remotely.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page. The date above reflects the latest version.
